Authority: If you are registering as a business entity, you personally guarantee that you have the authority to bind the entity you are acting on behalf of to this Agreement.
Password: Keep your password secure. You are fully responsible for all activity, liability and damage resulting from your failure to maintain password confidentiality. You agree that we cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your password secure.
Account Information: You must give us a valid email address that is up to date.
Taxes: Tax will be added and is based on the recipient’s shipping address. If you are tax exempt you need to call us to place an order.
Delivery: Products will be delivered to the address designated by you.
There are no specific delivery times unless it’s for a funeral.
Flowers/colors/containers/vases may have to be substituted due to availability and season.
Care Information for your Product:
*Return Policy: Fresh Flowers you have up to 48 hours to contact us by phone after receiving them.
The day after receiving your arrangement you will want to change the water with fresh water, NOT HOT WATER.
Remember to re-cut flower stems daily and have water for the flowers to maximize the longevity of your arrangement.
DO NOT put in direct sunlight, a hot room or a excessive cold areas.
We are NOT responsible for what happens to the arrangement after we deliver it.
